How to manage your account.

A Spiky account gives you access to the Spiky platform and our analysis. With a Spiky account, you can do things like:
  • Upload your video to the Spiky.ai platform
  • Get personalized and actionable insights
  • Elevate engagement inside your company and/or team
  • Connect your video platform and start generating real-time feedback during meetings

To get a Spiky account

1. Go to app.spiky.ai/request-demo
2. Fill out the information and click Submit
If you have a problem choosing a plan or setting up an account, please contact us.

Before you start

Make sure you’ve got a Spiky account. If you already have an account, use your email address and password. If you don't have one, you can check out our plans and pricing or directly contact us.

To log in, you need to open a web browser.

Follow these steps:
1. Go to app.spiky.ai
2. Enter your email address and password you used when subscribing to Spiky.
3. Click Submit
After a few seconds of waiting, you can reach the Spiky platform.

If you need to log in to another Spiky.ai account, follow these steps:
1. You need to log out of the account that is open on the Spiky platform. To log out go to the upper right corner of the page and click on your name.
2. When the pop-up menu shows, click on the Sign Out.
After those steps, you can follow the steps for login:
1. Enter the email address and password of the account you want to enter.
2. Click Submit.
And after a few seconds of waiting, you can reach the Spiky platform dashboard.
If you have problems while logging in or signing out, you can contact us.

Don’t worry. If you can’t log in to your Spiky.ai account, here are some things that you can try.

You may have entered your password incorrectly

If you see an “Incorrect password” error, you may have entered your password incorrectly. Please check your password entry whether it is right. If you are sure it is correct, see the next steps or contact us.
*You can click on the eye button while you are writing to check your password.

You may have entered your email address incorrectly

If you see a “User does not exist” error, you may have entered your email address incorrectly or you don’t have an account registered with the Spiky platform. Please check your email address entry to whether it is right. If you are sure it is correct, see the next steps or contact us.
If you don't have an account registered with the Spiky platform and you want one, please see our plans and pricing or contact us directly.

You may have too many failed login attempts

If you mistype your password too many times, you will see a “Password attempts exceeded.” error. In that case, you need to wait a little bit, then you can log in again. If you waited long enough but you still get the same error, you can contact us.

You might forget your login information

If you couldn't remember your password, click on the Forgot your password? on the login page. After you enter your email you will get a verification code to reset your password.
Please also check your spam box in your email.

If you think your account was hacked

In that case, please immediately contact us directly.

If none of the above options suit you

Please contact us by stating your status and the email address you are trying to log into.
*Please do not share your password with anyone.
If you forgot your password or for security concerns, you can change or reset your password. Please follow these steps to reset your password:
1. Go to app.spiky.ai
2. Click on the Forgot your password?.
3. Enter your email address to get a verification code to reset your password. Please also check your spam box in your mail.
4. After you get your verification code, enter your code and your desired new password.
5. Click Create Password to change your password.
Now, you can log in with your new password. If you still have any questions about how to reset your password, please contact us.
You can delete your Spiky account anytime, but if you change your mind later on, you might not be able to recover your data.

Before you start, learn what deleting your account means

If you delete your account,
  • you'll lose all your uploaded videos and their analysis.
  • you won't be able to log in to the platform and upload any videos.
  • you won't be able to use any of the Spiky features.

Security reasons

If you want to delete your account because you've been hacked or for another security reason, please contact us.

Review your information

Before you delete your account, we recommend you check your dashboard and analysis if you don’t want to lose any information.
You may want to consider freezing your account. To do so contact us.

Delete your account

If you still want to delete your account, you can contact us. We may ask you some questions, for your security and to protect your account.
