Spiky Rewards ProgramTerms & Conditions

Spiky Rewards is our customer refer-a-friend program. It is separate from the Referral Partnership Program, which pays commission rather than free usage.

Who can take part

  • You must be a Spiky.ai customer with an active paid subscription at the time your Referral converts in order to receive a reward.
  • Only brand-new customers qualify as a Referral. Anyone who has ever held a paid Spiky.ai subscription will not generate a reward.
  • You will not qualify to receive any Spiky.ai usage credit for referring yourself or a company that you are currently employed with.

Sharing your referral link

  • Your referral link is available in your Spiky.ai account under Settings → Spiky Rewards. You are responsible for how and where you share it.
  • Where you share your link directly with an individual, you confirm that you have their permission to contact them for this purpose.
  • You agree to fully disclose to any such friend(s) and prospective Referral(s) that you and they could earn free Spiky.ai usage credit should they become a Spiky.ai customer.
  • You should not publish or distribute your referral link where the audience is likely to include individuals whose express consent you have not secured, or whom you do not know personally.

What you both earn

  • If your Referral subscribes to a monthly plan you receive 1 month of free Spiky.ai usage. If they subscribe to an annual plan you receive 2 months.
  • Your Referral receives 1 month of free Spiky.ai usage, regardless of which paid plan they choose.
  • Free months are credited as 30-day blocks of usage and are added to both accounts once the Referral purchases a paid subscription.
  • Upgrades from a monthly to an annual plan are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact partners@spiky.ai.

Limits

  • There is no limit on how many people you can share your link with, but rewarded referrals are capped at 5 per company domain.
  • If the Referral does not purchase a Spiky.ai subscription within 30 days of initial submission, you are no longer eligible to receive any Spiky.ai usage credit reward for that Referral.

Tax and privacy

  • You as a participant will be fully responsible for complying with any required tax documentation or attendant tax obligations upon receipt of free Spiky.ai usage credit (where applicable).
  • You or the Referral may at any time exercise your right to opt-out of the sharing of personal information. For more information, see our privacy policy.
