- Who is eligible to participate in Spiky Rewards?
- Any active Spiky.ai customer with a paid subscription. You must have an active account at the time your referral converts in order to receive the reward. You cannot refer yourself or a company you are currently employed with.
- How do I get my referral link?
- Log in to your Spiky.ai account and go to Settings → Spiky Rewards. Your unique referral link is right there, ready to copy and share.
- How much do I earn per referral?
- 1 month of free Spiky usage for monthly conversions, 2 months for annual conversions — capped at 5 rewarded referrals per company domain.
- Does my referral get anything too?
- Yes — as soon as they subscribe to a paid plan, they get 1 month of free Spiky usage as well, regardless of which plan they chose.
- When will I receive my reward?
- Credit is added to your Spiky.ai account as soon as your referred customer purchases a paid subscription.
- Is there a deadline for my referral to subscribe?
- Yes — if your referral does not purchase a paid Spiky.ai subscription within 30 days, that referral is no longer eligible for a reward. Within that window, credit is added as soon as they subscribe.
- Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
- No limit on how many people you can share your link with — but rewarded referrals are capped at 5 per company domain.
- What if my referral upgrades from monthly to annual?
- Contact partners@spiky.ai — we review upgrade scenarios on a case-by-case basis.
- Can I refer someone who already uses Spiky.ai?
- Only brand-new customers who have never held a paid Spiky.ai subscription qualify. Referring existing customers will not generate a reward.
- Is this the same as the Referral Partnership Program?
- No. Spiky Rewards is for existing customers and pays out free months of usage. The Referral Partnership Program is a commission program run through PartnerStack for consultants, communities and agencies.
